My try-on result looks wrong

For best results, use a clear, well-lit full-body photo. Make sure the garment photo shows the entire clothing item on a plain background or flat surface. If the result is unsatisfactory due to a system error, your credit is automatically refunded.

I did not receive my credits after purchase

Credits are usually added instantly after a successful purchase. If credits are missing:

  • Close and reopen the app
  • Check your App Store or Google Play purchase history to confirm the transaction
  • If the issue persists, contact us with your transaction receipt

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Profile in the app and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your photos, results, and account data. This action cannot be undone. Any remaining credits will be forfeited.

The app is crashing or not loading

  • Make sure you have the latest version of DrapOn installed
  • Restart the app
  • Restart your device
  • Check your internet connection
  • If the problem continues, contact us with your device model and OS version

Can I transfer credits to another device?

If you have added an email to your account, you can sign in on a new device and your credits will carry over. Without an email backup, credits are tied to your device and cannot be transferred.
