For best results, use a clear, well-lit full-body photo. Make sure the garment photo shows the entire clothing item on a plain background or flat surface. If the result is unsatisfactory due to a system error, your credit is automatically refunded.
Credits are usually added instantly after a successful purchase. If credits are missing:
Go to Profile in the app and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your photos, results, and account data. This action cannot be undone. Any remaining credits will be forfeited.
If you have added an email to your account, you can sign in on a new device and your credits will carry over. Without an email backup, credits are tied to your device and cannot be transferred.
