1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DrapOn ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
DrapOn is operated by CYT Bilisim Hizmetleri ("we", "our", "us").
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 12 years old (or 13 where required by local law) to use DrapOn
- If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent
- You must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
3. Account and Authentication
- DrapOn uses device-based authentication. No traditional account creation is required.
- Your device ID serves as your unique identifier
- You may optionally add an email address for account backup
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
- If you change or lose your device, credits may not be transferable without an email backup
4. Service Description
DrapOn provides an AI-powered virtual try-on service that allows you to:
- Upload photos of yourself and clothing items
- Generate AI-rendered images showing the clothing on you
- Save and share generated results
- Manage a personal photo library
Results are AI-generated visualizations and should not be considered accurate representations of how clothing will actually fit or appear in real life.
5. Credits and Purchases
5.1 Credit System
- Each virtual try-on consumes 1 credit
- New users receive 3 free credits upon first use
- Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts or devices (unless email backup is set up)
- Credits do not expire
5.2 Purchases and Refunds
- All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Credits are consumable digital goods
- Refund policies are governed by Apple and Google's respective policies
- If a try-on fails due to a system error, the credit is automatically refunded
- We do not offer refunds for credits that have been successfully used
5.3 Pricing
- Credit package prices are displayed in the App
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change
- We will not retroactively change the price of credits already purchased
6. User Content and Conduct
6.1 Your Photos
- You retain ownership of all photos you upload
- By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them for the try-on service
- You must have the right to use any photos you upload
- Do not upload photos of others without their consent
6.2 Prohibited Content
You may not upload or use the App to process:
- Nudity or sexually explicit content
- Content depicting violence, hate, or discrimination
- Content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
- Copyrighted content you do not have rights to use
- Content that violates any applicable law
We use automated content moderation to detect and reject prohibited content. Repeated violations may result in account termination.
6.3 Generated Results
- You may use generated try-on results for personal, non-commercial purposes
- You may share results on social media with proper attribution
- You may not use results to deceive, mislead, or impersonate others
- You may not use results for commercial purposes without our written consent
7. Intellectual Property
- The DrapOn app, its design, code, and AI technology are owned by CYT Bilisim Hizmetleri
- The DrapOn name and logo are trademarks of CYT Bilisim Hizmetleri
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- You may not use our trademarks without written permission
8. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time
- We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions
- Processing times may vary based on demand and server load
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Results will accurately represent how clothing will look in real life
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- Any defects will be corrected
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYT BILISIM HIZMETLERI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data or photos
- Purchasing decisions made based on try-on results
- Service interruptions or errors
- Unauthorized access to your account
11. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms
- You may stop using the App at any time
- You may delete your account and all data from the Profile section
- Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
